摘要

针对RV减速器的各种性能及精度的试验检测,研制了RV减速器综合性能试验台,可完成传动精度、扭转刚度、背隙、启动停止转矩及空载摩擦转矩等项目测试。试验台基于光、机、电等先进测量技术,提出了光栅高频细分、精密装配和误差补偿等专有技术,实现了高达1″的高精度测量和多性能综合测量,并实现了系列化。通过用户使用验证,完全满足工程试验测试需求。

Abstract

Aiming at the test detection of the performance and accuracy of RV reducer,a comprehensive performance test bench,which can complete the detection of transmission accuracy,torsional stiffness,backlash,friction torque and no-load start stop torque is developed. The test bench based on optical,mechanical,electrical and other advanced measurement technology,the grating high frequency subdivision,precision assembly and error compensation and other proprietary technology are proposed,the 1″high-precision measurement and multi-performance integrated measurement and the serialization are realized. Through user verification,the bench fully meets the requirements of engineering test.
