摘要

基于傅里叶级数与高斯平方差最小原则提出了一种高速凸轮设计方法。分析了傅里叶级数从动件运动规律的凸轮（简称傅氏级数凸轮）设计原理及其位移函数的构造。以对心平底推杆盘型凸轮机构为例,设计了傅氏级数凸轮的凸轮廓线。建立了含傅里叶级数凸轮的发动机配气机构,对配气机构的固有模态和气门运动特性进行分析,验证了傅里叶级数凸轮的工作性能。发现在一定转速范围内,气门位移曲线主要取决于凸轮廓线。气门速度曲线的峰值会随凸轮轴转速的升高和气门间隙的增大而变大。在升程过程中,气门加速度先升高再降低。回程过程中,加速度的变化趋势与升程过程近似对称。

Abstract

A high-speed cam design method is proposed based on the Fourier series and principle of Minimum Gaussian square difference. The design principle for the cam of the Fourier series follower motion law（ referred to as the Fourier series cam） and the construction of its displacement function are analyzed. Taking the flat-bottom centering setting push rod-cam mechanism as an example,the cam profile of the Fourier series cam is designed. A valve train including the cam mechanism is established,the natural vibration modes and motion features of the valve are analyzed to validate the work property of the cam. The results show that the displacement curve of the valve is determined by the profile of the cam within a certain range of rotation speeds.The maximum value of velocity of the valve will increase with the increase of the rotation speed of shaft and the increase of the valve clearance. The acceleration of valve will increase first and then decrease in the rise process and will have a symmetric trend in the return period.
