摘要

结合湿式多片离合器实际结构和工作条件,运用Abaqus建立湿式离合器有限元分析模型,采用热结构直接耦合法对湿式离合器工作过程中摩擦副的Mises应力场进行了分析,研究了湿式离合器活塞的不同加压方式对摩擦副Mises应力场分布的影响规律。研究结果表明,加压方式对对偶钢片的最大应力分布和应力轴向传递速度具有重要影响,均匀加压方式下的高应力区带宽及应力沿轴向的传递速度均大于局部加压方式;局部加压方式的对偶钢片最大应力及径向应力梯度均大于均匀加压方式。

Abstract

Based on the actual structure and work conditions of wet multi-disc clutch,a finite element analysis model of wet clutch is established by using Abaqus. The Mises stress field of friction pairs in wet clutch is analyzed by the direct thermal structure coupling method,and the influence of the applied load way of piston in wet clutch on the Mises stress field of friction pairs is studied. The results show that the applied load way has an important effect on the maximum stress distribution and axial stress transfer velocity of separator plate. And the bandwidth of high stress area and the velocity of stress transfer along axial direction under uniform load are larger than those in partial load. In addition,the maximum stress and radial stress gradient of separator plate under the partial load way is greater than that under uniform load way.
