摘要

采用分类分析法和理论力学分析法,对大型平头塔机回转失控故障进行了系统的分析,详述了引起塔机回转失控故障的各种可能原因,并为塔机设计、制造和使用者提供了避免失控发生、保证塔机安全的应对策略。

Abstract

With the two kinds of analysis methods of classification analysis and theoretical mechanical analysis,the runaway fault of the large flat-headed tower crane rotation is systematically analyzed,the possible reasons that could cause the tower crane rotation out of control are explained in detail,and the countermeasures of avoiding runaway fault and guaranteeing the tower crane safety are provided for its design,manufacture and its users.
