摘要

为研究手动变速器选换挡机构综合性能,设计了一套选换挡机构性能试验系统。该试验系统采用选、换挡电机驱动选换挡机构实现其选挡和换挡的操作功能。依据试验系统的测控需求,设计了试验系统的测控系统软、硬件部分。最后以该试验系统为测试平台,对某款选换挡机构的选挡力-位移特性、换挡力-位移特性进行了性能试验。试验结果表明,该试验系统可以实时准确测量选挡力、选挡位移、换挡力、换挡位移等性能参数,为选换挡机构的研发提供了试验支撑。

Abstract

In order to study the comprehensive performance of shift tower in the manual transmission,a performance test system for the shift tower is designed. The test system adopts the selection and shift motor to drive the shift tower to realize the operating function of the gear selection and shift. According to the measurement and control requirements of the test system,the hardware and software of the measurement and control system are designed. Finally,taking the test system as the test platform,the performance test of the selection force-displacement characteristic and shift force-displacement characteristic of a certain shift mechanism are carried out. The test results show that the test system can really-time and accurately measure the performance parameters such as selection force,selection displacement,shift force and shift displacement,which provides experimental support for the research and development of the shift tower.
