摘要

针对工业机器人的发展态势和国内RV减速器的市场状况及研究现状,提出了设计制造与检测国家标准、关键零件专用加工装备、磨损与润滑、智能检测与装配等4个RV减速器国产化批量制造急需解决的难题,研究探讨了有关的解决方案,为我国工业机器人用RV减速器技术及产业提供相关战略思考和建议。

Abstract

On the consideration of the development trend of industrial robots and domestic market situation& research status of RV reducer,the difficult problems need to be solved in the domestic batch manufacturing of RV reducer are put forward,such as national standards for design,manufacture and inspection,machining equipment for special part,wear and lubrication and intelligent inspection and assembly. The relevant solutions are discussed and the strategic thinking and suggestion are provided for RV reducer technology and industry of robot field in China.
