摘要

基于滚子包络端面啮合蜗杆传动啮合理论和接触有限元分析法,应用ANSYS有限元软件,建立滚子包络端面啮合蜗杆传动有限元分析模型,进行接触有限元分析。分析结果表明,滚子包络端面啮合蜗杆传动副属于线接触,单段蜗杆同时啮合齿对数达5对。为研制承载能力高的新型蜗杆传动的研究奠定基础。

Abstract

Based on the meshing theory of the roller enveloping end face engagement worm drive and the contact finite element analysis method,the finite element analysis software of ANSYS is used to establish the finite element analysis model of the roller enveloping end meshing worm drive,and the contact finite element analysis is carried out. The results show that the roller enveloping worm gears are in line contact and the number of meshing teeth of single-segment worm gear reaches 5 pairs at the same time. The studies are practicably instructive for developing new worm riving with high loading capacity.
