摘要

基于两轮无负载的试验方法对汽车同步带传动系统进行噪声正交试验,系统分析了主动轮转速、同步带带宽、张紧力等3种参数对同步带传动噪声的影响规律。通过对正交表进行回归扩展,在不增加试验次数的基础上,建立了以汽车同步带传动噪声为目标函数的回归数学模型,并通过试验验证了该数学模型的准确性,为汽车同步带传动噪声影响因素的研究提供了方法,实现了对汽车同步带传动噪声的预测。

Abstract

The noise orthogonal test of the automotive synchronous belt transmission system is carried out based on two wheels of unloaded test method. The influence law of the three parameters of the active wheel speed,synchronous belt bandwidth and tensioning force on the synchronous belt transmission noise is analyzed systematically. The orthogonal table is extended by regression,without any increase in testing time,a regression mathematical model is established based on the objective function of automobile synchronous belt transmission,and the accuracy of the mathematical model is verified by experiment. A method for the research of the influence factors of transmission noise of automobile synchronous belt is provided,and the prediction of transmission noise of automobile synchronous belt is realized.
