摘要

减速机的轻量化设计一直是机械传动领域非常重要的研究课题之一,箱体也是减速器非常重要的部件,以往,由于其设计主要采用经验设计方法,少有学者从其刚度、结构强度、疲劳可靠性以及齿轮的整体动力学问题方面进行了研究。以某游梁式抽油机减速机箱体设计为例,拟合材料的S-N曲线,仿真分析了箱体应力应变,联合求解齿轮、曲柄作用箱体的载荷谱,采用雨流法在n Code软件中对减速机箱体疲劳寿命进行评估。着力研究箱体的疲劳寿命分析方法问题,为后期减速机箱体的轻量化设计打下基础。

Abstract

The light weight design of the reducer is one of the most important research topics in the field of mechanical transmission,the box is a very important part of the reducer. Because of its design method,few scholars have studied the stiffness,structural strength,fatigue reliability and the overall dynamics of gear. An example of the reducer box of a beam pumping unit is taken as an example,the curve of material is fitted,the stress-strain of the gearbox is analyzed,load spectrum of gear and crank in box is calculated,the fatigue life of the decelerated chassis is evaluated by the rain flow method in n Codes software. The problem of the fatigue life analysis method of the box is studied,which lays the foundation for the light weight design of the rear reducer box.
