摘要

圆柱正弦活齿传动机构,具有径向尺寸小、结构紧凑、传动效率高的特点,由于空间正弦曲线槽的复杂性,使得其加工困难、安装复杂,并且封闭的内腔不利于散热。研究了一种采用定盘输出、保持架固定、无偏心的平面正弦钢销传动机构,具有良好的散热性,弥补了空间正弦减速器的不足。通过对平面正弦钢销传动结构的工作原理及传动特性分析,确定了判断输出旋向的方法,推导了其传动比计算公式,并结合运动学模拟仿真,验证了该装置的运动特性及计算的准确性,为机构的设计和应用提供了依据。

Abstract

The cylindrical sine oscillating tooth transmission mechanism has the characteristics of small radial size,compact structure and high transmission efficiency. However,due to the complexity of the space sine curve groove,it is difficult to process and install,and the closed inner cavity is not conducive to heat dissipation. The research adopts the fixing output,holder,no eccentric plane sinusoidal steel pin drive mechanism,with good heat dissipation,the lack of space sine reducer is compensated. By analyzing the working principle and transmission characteristics of the plane sine steel pin drive structure,the method of judging the output rotation direction is obtained,and the formula of its transmission ratio is deduced. The kinematic characteristics and accuracy of the device are verified by kinematics simulation,the basis for the design and application of the mechanism is provided.
