摘要

以工业机器人用高精度2K-V20减速机为研究对象,在动力学仿真软件Recur Dyn中利用多柔性体动力学技术建立该减速机的刚柔耦合模型。通过虚拟样机仿真分析了该减速机各部件的运动特性,其结果与理论值基本相符,验证了所建模型的正确性。基于该刚柔耦合模型设计了几组具有不同误差组合的样机模型,通过仿真分析了不同误差因素对整机传动精度的影响,所得结论为2K-V型减速机的设计与制造提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract

Taking the high-precision 2 K-V20 reducer for industrial robots as the research object,by using the technology of multi-flexible-body dynamics,the rigid-flexible coupling model of the reducer is established in Recur Dyn. The motion characteristics of each part are analyzed through virtual prototype simulation,and the result is approximately with the theoretical value,which testifies the correctness of the model.Based on this rigid-flexible coupling model,some models with different error sources are established,and their effects on the reducer transmission error are analyzed through simulation. The conclusion could provide some reference value for the designing and manufacturing of the 2 K-V reducer.
