摘要

利用啮合原理,通过对Gleason双重螺旋运动法的分析,提出了双面法加工小模数准双曲面锥齿轮的切齿计算方法,并推导了相关公式。经实践,该计算方法为数控铣齿机的双重双面法加工小模数弧齿锥齿轮提供了齿面修形的理论研究基础,具有理论指导意义。

Abstract

Based on the principle of meshing,by analyzing the Gleason dual helical motion,a tooth cutting calculation method for the double-sided machining of quasi-hyperboloid bevel gear with small module is proposed,and the relevant formulas are also deduced. This calculation method provides a theoretical foundation for the double-sided machining process of spiral bevel gears with small modulus.
