摘要

从尺寸链原理出发,对极值法和概率法计算尺寸链的方法进行探索,明确了计算方法的选择取决于组成环环数的限制条件,给出了利用零件加工统计数据和统计过程控制能力Cp优化尺寸链的方法。变速箱结构复杂,但要求累计误差需限定在较小范围,所述方法可在变速箱设计中避免了不合理尺寸链计算方法对零部件尺寸公差过于苛刻的要求,使得产品在可靠且经济的条件下顺利开展组织生产。

Abstract

Based on the theory of dimension chain,the dimension chain compute with extremum method and probability method is researched. It defines that compute method determined by the number of composition loops,the real statistical data and the statistical process control ability can be used to optimize the dimension chain. Usually,the structure of gearbox is complicated,but the accumulative error must be controlled in a minor range. That method can avoid severe dimension tolerances of components and parts in the design of gearbox,meanwhile products can be manufactured reliably and economically.
