摘要

从单臂架起重机吊重高度补偿的数学模型出发,求解分析得到了一种总体结构形式,并结合差动减速箱的传动方式,实现用一个减速器完成单臂架起重机的变幅和起升,在此基础上通过ADAMS/cable绳索模块仿真分析了系统变幅过程中吊重高度位移变化,并与数学模型MATLAB仿真结果对比,验证所设计的差动减速器满足工程实际需要。

Abstract

Based on the mathematical model of altimetric compensating of lifting weight of single arm crane,a general structure form is obtained by solving and analysis,and combining transmission mode of differential reducer to achieve the lifting and luffing process of single arm crane with one reducer. On this foundation,the change of the height of lifting weight in the luffing process of the system is analyzed by simulation of ADAMS/cable,and comparing with the results of MATLAB mathematical model,the design of the differential reducer is proved to meet the actual needs of the project.
