摘要

链条传动在工程领域中应用广泛。疲劳试验研究和现场使用失效表明,链条的主要失效形式是链板疲劳断裂,链板零件P-S-N曲线是链条可靠性研究的重要基础。合理可行的链板零件理论P-S-N曲线可以避免开展疲劳试验或者仅仅进行少量疲劳试验,节省时间和费用,且便于工程应用。提出了链板零件P-S-N曲线的理论处理方法,基于链板零件理论P-S-N曲线,进行了链条寿命预测的实例分析。将分析结果与板式链条常规设计原则相对比,验证了链板零件P-S-N曲线理论处理方法的可行性。

Abstract

The chain has wide applications in engineering community. The test results and field application show that the main failure mode of the chain is fatigue fracture of the chain plate. The analysis of the chain plate parts P-S-N curve is very important for reliability study of the chain. Due to such good characteristics as time-saving and low cost by the avoided fatigue test,the theoretical P-S-N curve of the chain plate is convenient for application to engineering. The theoretical method of the chain plate parts P-S-N curve is presented the,and the life prediction of the chain is carried out based on the theoretical P-S-N curve of the chain plate. By comparing the analysis results and the conventional design principle of the chain,the feasibility of the proposed theoretical method of the chain plate parts P-S-N curve is verified.
