摘要

采用垂直交叉主轴式滚磨光整加工工艺对某型矿用重载齿轮进行光整加工实验研究,重点研究该种工艺方法对齿根的加工效果,并对加工前后的齿根表面粗糙度和微观形貌进行对比。实验结果表明,该种滚磨光整加工工艺能够显著减小轮齿齿根表面的粗糙度值,在磨齿的基础上能使R,a,值从0.7μm左右降低至0.2μm左右,粗糙度等级提高1,2,级,R,z,值从3.0μm降至1.0μm左右,同时齿面的加工刀痕、微观缺陷等基本去除。相比于旋流式滚磨光整加工方法,研究的该新工艺方法能使齿轮,尤其是齿根获得更好的表面质量。

Abstract

The finishing process of heavy-duty gears of a kind of mine is carried out by using the vertical cross spindle gear grinding and finishing process. The processing effect of the method on the tooth root is studied emphatically. The tooth surface roughness and micro-appearance contrast is carried out. The experimental results show that the roughing process can significantly reduce the tooth surface roughness at the tooth root position,and the R,a, value is reduced from 0. 7 μm to about 0. 2 μm on the basis of grinding,the roughness increased by 1 to 2 level and the R,z, value is from 3. 0 μm down to about 1. 0 μm,while the tooth surface processing knife marks,microscopic defects and other basic removal. Compared with the cyclotron roller finishing method,the new technology can make the gear live better tooth surface quality.
