摘要

为了提高钢筋笼滚焊机的加工精度与稳定性,降低传动部件的生产成本,设计了一种动盘行走装置。该装置主要核心部件是链传动机构,包括固定在动盘下方轨道上的两根链条及安装在动盘底座侧壁上互为镜像对称的两组链轮,每组链轮包括一个传动链轮和两个支撑链轮。在运动过程中,链条首尾两端被固定在轨道上,由传动链轮在伺服电机的控制下通过与链条啮合,带动动盘做直线运动。经实物样机调试显示,该装置具有运行平稳、传动效率高、轻便易安装等特点。

Abstract

In order to improve the machining accuracy and stability of the steel cage welding machine and reduce the production cost of the transmission parts,a movable disk walking device is designed. The main core component of the device is a chain transmission mechanism,comprises two chains fixed on the lower track of the movable disk and two groups of sprockets arranged on the side wall of the movable disk base and are mutually mirror symmetrical,wherein each group of sprocket wheels comprises a driving sprocket and two supporting sprockets. In the process of movement,the chain is fixed on the pendulous track,unable to move relatively,drives the disc in a straight line. The prototype test shows that the device has the characteristics of smooth operation,high transmission efficiency,portability and easy installation.
