摘要

依据流体动压润滑气穴两相流理论,运用计算机流体力学（CFD）方法,针对阶梯面滑动轴承流体动压润滑模型,直接求解N-S方程进行数值分析,考察阶梯面滑动轴承阶梯深度比、长度比、阶梯数和转速对承载承载特性的影响规律。分析结果表明,其他条件一定时,阶梯深度比相对长度比对轴承承载力的影响更显著,深度比为1.7,长度比为1.3,轴承承载力均处于最大,转速对轴承承载力影响呈线形增加,阶梯数对承载力的影响呈现先增加后减小的变化规律。

Abstract

On the basis of liquid cavitation two-phase flow theory of hydrodynamic lubrication,the hydrodynamic lubrication model of the step thrust bearing is analyzed by means of computational fluid dynamics（ CFD） simulation,which is based on the numerical solution of the Navier-Stokes. The effects of depth ratio,length ratio,number of steps and rotate speed on the load capacity of the step bearing is investigated. The results of the study indicate that the influences of depth ratio on the load capacity is more dramatically than the length ratio. The depth ratio is 1. 7,and the length ratio is 1. 3,the load capacity is largest. When the rotate speed increases,the load capacity grows linearly. The load capacity increases at first and decreases afterwards with the increasing of the number of steps.
