摘要

为了降低ZC1型蜗杆副在传动时的振动与噪声,需对其动态特性进行研究。基于集中质量法建立了ZC1型蜗杆减速器传动系统的动力学分析模型,在MATLAB中运用4阶变步长RungeKutta法对量纲归一化的方程组进行求解,得到了系统的动态响应曲线。进一步研究了输入转速、啮合刚度和啮合阻尼等3个参数变化对系统振动特性的影响规律,结果表明,y、z和扭振方向从多周期运动向近混沌运动演变,输入转速、啮合刚度和啮合阻尼对减速器的y、z和扭振方向比x方向的运动规律更容易受到影响。研究结果为ZC1型蜗杆减速器后续的动态优化设计提供依据。

Abstract

In order to reduce the vibration and noise of the ZC1 worm gear transmission,it needs to make a study of its dynamic characteristics. Based on the theory of the lumped mass method,the dynamical analysis model of the ZC1 worm gear reducer transmission system is established. The Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the normalized equations in MATLAB,and the dynamic response curve of the system is obtained. Furthermore,the influence rule on system vibration characteristics is researched by changing input speed,meshing stiffness and meshing damping. The vibration regularity in y、z and torsional direction evolutes from quasi-periodic motion to nearly chaotic motion,and the results show that the vibration regularity of y、z and torsional direction is more susceptible by changing these three parameters. The results provide the basis for the subsequent dynamic optimization design of the ZC1 worm gear reducer.
