摘要

相比于传统的永磁涡流联轴器,导体盘开槽结构的涡流联轴器可以规划涡流路径,减少杂散涡流,提高转矩输出,从而增强装置的传动性能;但同时不合理的开槽数量和结构会导致输出转矩降低、转矩波动严重,使涡流联轴器的传动稳定性降低,控制难度加大。通过对永磁涡流联轴器的开槽数量和结构进行分析对比,提出一种合理的开槽数量和结构设计方案,可以为永磁涡流联轴器的设计应用提供重要的参考。

Abstract

Compared with the traditional permanent magnet eddy-current couplings,one with slotted conductor disk can force eddy current to flow under a designated route which can improve the transmitted torque and enhance the transmission performance of the device. But if a device with a unreasonable slot numbers or structure,the torque will decrease or the ripple will increase. So the over-all properties of the device will degradation,the regulation reliability will going harder. A comparative analysis of the number of the slot and structure is conducted. At the end,a reasonable slotted number is given and can provide an important reference for the design and application of the permanent magnet eddy-current coupling.
