摘要

RV减速器作为一个机械整体系统,在工作过程中必然会产生振动。利用研制的RV减速器综合性能试验装置和振动测试系统,在RV减速器上布置3个测点,对其工作状态中产生的振动信号进行测试。采集和分析了国产SHPR-20E型RV减速器在不同转速和载荷下的振动信号,并对振动信号进行时域和频域分析。通过测试分析,可以掌握RV减速器的振动特性,这为RV减速器的动力学研究、故障诊断和提取、减振降噪提供了试验的基础。

Abstract

RV reducer is a mechanical system,will inevitably yield vibration in its operation process.Three measuring points are arranged on the RV reducer and the vibration signals generated in the work is investigated with the RV reducer test rig and vibration test system. The vibration signals of domestic SHPR-20 E RV reducer under different speed and load are collected and analyzed. Then,the vibration signals are analyzed in time domain and frequency domain. With the signal analysis,the vibration characteristics of the RV reducer can be mastered,which provides the test foundation for the research of RV reducer dynamics study,fault diagnosis and extraction,vibration and noise reduction in the future.
