摘要

建立包含加工误差、装配误差、弹性变形以及间隙的RV减速器刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型。对虚拟样机模型进行尺寸、误差变量参数化,得到不同制造装配误差因素单独作用下RV减速器的传动误差曲线,确定对整机传动精度影响较大的误差因素。针对主要误差因素,通过正交试验,分析多误差耦合时RV减速器传动精度变化情况。采用光栅法对RV减速器进行传动精度测试,对比试验与仿真分析结果,修改并验证仿真模型。

Abstract

The rigid-flexible couple virtual prototype model of RV reducer which including machining errors,assembly errors,elastic deformation and clearance is established. The dimension and error variables of the virtual prototype model are parameterized. In order to determine the main factors,the transmission error curve of RV reducer under the action of different error factors is obtained. According to the main error factors,the orthogonal test is used to analyze the transmission precision of the RV reducer. The transmission accuracy of RV reducer is tested by grating method. The simulation model is modified and verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results.
