摘要

理论分析和实际应用均证明了柔轮轮齿偏斜现象的存在。不同截面的刚柔轮啮合轨迹和侧隙的变化分析表明,在啮合的前部分时间里柔轮齿轴向靠近筒底部分容易啮合,之后啮合易出现在靠近筒口的部分。在共轭啮合区间大多数截面都产生了啮合干涉。轮齿偏斜造成的啮合干涉在轮齿非工作侧出现较早。干涉使得柔轮受力增加,并且产生周期性的弯曲变形,容易使柔轮产生疲劳裂纹。不同波发生器对轮齿偏斜造成的不同截面侧隙波动有一定的影响,但总体上差别不大。

Abstract

Both theoretical analysis and practical application prove the existence of the deflection of the flexspline teeth. The change of meshing trajectory and backlash of circularspline and flexspline on the different section shows that the tooth deflection makes the axial part of flexspline teeth near the bottom of the tube easy to engage at the front part of meshing time,then meshing is easy to appear on the axial part of flexspline teeth near the mouth of the tube. The most meshing of the section on the conjugate meshing area is interfered. The meshing interference caused by tooth deflection occurs earlier in the non working side of the tooth. The meshing interference makes the force of the flexspline increase,and produces periodic bending deformation of the flexspline,which may make fatigue crack. The different wave generators have a certain influence on backlash fluctuations,but not very seriously.
