摘要

运用空间啮合原理对端面蜗轮传动系列进行啮合理论研究,对蜗杆形式进行系统地分类讨论,推导出蜗轮齿面方程通式以及端面蜗轮传动系列啮合性能的各种通式,结合实例进行啮合性能分析。研究内容为端面蜗轮传动系列的研制及其CAD系统的开发提供了理论基础。

Abstract

Use the space meshing theory to study the meshing theory of end-face worm drive,all of the worms systematically are discussed,the unified formula for the worm wheel tooth surfaces is presented. The unified formulas of the end-face worm drive meshing performance are deduced. Though an example,the meshing performance of end-face worm drive is analyzed. Thus a foundation is laid for the research and manufacture of end-face worm drive and the development of CAD system.
