摘要

为揭示滚柱活齿传动机构的非线性动力学行为,建立考虑活齿数、齿侧间隙和动载荷的平移-纯扭转耦合动力学模型。求解啮合线处的各零件间的相对位移,建立系统非线性动力学微分方程组,并对方程组进行坐标变换,然后进行量纲一化处理,利用数值分析软件求解量纲一化的微分方程组,获得传动机构的相图和庞加莱图,通过改变参数偏心距和啮合阻尼,分析参数变化对系统非线性动态特性的影响。结果表明,改变机构的偏心距,系统的运动状态发生变化;随着偏心距的减小,系统由混沌运动进入周期运动,然后经准周期运动再进入混沌运动;选取偏心距中间值,能够降低机构的振动响应幅值,提高机构运行的稳定性。

Abstract

In order to reveal the nonlinear dynamics behavior of the transmission mechanism of the roller movable tooth. A translational-pure torsional coupled dynamics model is established with considering the number of movable tooth,the gap between the teeth and the dynamic loads. The relative displacement between the various parts of the meshing line is derived. The system nonlinear dynamics differential equations and coordinate transformation of differential equations are worked,and the non-dimensional treatment is carried out. The dimensionless differential equations is solved by the numerical analysis software,the phase diagram and Poincare diagram are obtained. The influence of parameter variation on the nonlinear characteristics of the system is analyzed by change the parameter of eccentric distance and meshing damping. The results show that the movement of system is different by the changing of the eccentric distance. With the reducing of the eccentric distance,the system enters the periodic movement through the chaotic motion,and then enters the chaotic motion through the quasi-periodic. If the eccentric distance is not choose bigger and smaller,the vibration response amplitude of the mechanism is reduced,the stability of the system can be improved.
