摘要

针对某NGW型行星齿轮箱用高速鼓形齿联轴器在出厂试验过程中出现严重胶合故障的情况,借助三维流体计算软件,对齿轮箱内部的油量分配及联轴器供油方式进行了分析和探讨,最终找到了故障发生的原因,明确了原供油设计上存在的缺陷,为后续故障处理提供可靠的解决方案,同时,为同类型联轴器的设计提供一定参考。

Abstract

For the serious scuffing failure during the process of the delivery test of the high speed crown gear coupling used in a NGW type epicyclical gearbox,the oil mass distribution and oil supply method of coupling in the gearbox are analyzed with three-dimensional CFD software,and the cause of scuffing failure is found out and the shortcomings of the design of original oil supply system is explicated. Finally,the reliable solutions for subsequent failure treatment and some reference for the design of similar couplings are provided.
