摘要

为了应对日益严重的能源危机,太阳能资源得到广泛的开发利用;提高太阳能利用率是缓解能源问题的有效解决方案,从太阳能跟踪装置的传动精度和跟踪精度两个方面提出改进建议。首先,跟踪装置传动机构采用二级蜗轮蜗杆传动,确保跟踪装置的传动精度;然后,利用修正安装误差之后的公式计算太阳高度角和方位角,跟踪时间节点采取离散式选取方式,最大程度地提高装置视日跟踪轨迹精度。最后,经实验验证,所提出的结构设计方案及跟踪算法能够有效提高太阳能的转换利用率。

Abstract

In order to alleviate the energy crisis,solar energy resources is widely developed and utilized.Improving the utilization of solar energy is an effective solution to alleviate the problem of energy. The solution is proposed from two aspects of the transmission precision and tracking precision of the solar tracking device.First of all,the secondary worm gear and worm drive program is applied to ensure the transmission accuracy of the mechanism. Then,the sun azimuth angle and height angle calculation formula under correction of installation error is applied to revise the tracking trajectory of the device. The tracking time nodes are selected by discrete selection method. Finally,the results of the experiments show that the structure design scheme and the tracking algorithm are of great significance for improving the utilization of solar energy.
