摘要

对05CT有缝套筒和无缝套筒汽车发动机正时链条进行了磨损试验,结果说明,在相同的试验条件下,链条经高速磨损试验,销轴和两种形式的套筒均出现了不同程度的循环软化现象,有缝套筒软化程度小于无缝套筒。在喷油润滑条件下,有缝套筒链的润滑和散热条件均优于无缝套筒链,有缝套筒的耐磨性优于无缝套筒。

Abstract

The wear test of 05 CT automobile engine timing chain of slit sleeve and seamless sleeve is carried out,the results show that,under the same experimental conditions,the pin and sleeves of two different forms all have cyclic softening phenomenon more or less after the chain went through high-speed wear test,and the softening degree of slit sleeve is less than that of the seamless sleeve. Under the condition of oil jet lubrication,the lubrication and cooling condition of slit sleeve chain is better than that of seamless sleeve chain,and the wear resistance of slit sleeve is better than that of seamless sleeve.
