摘要

以一种新型齿轮——双联端面齿轮为研究对象,运用三维造型软件Creo建立了双联端面齿轮的实体模型。运用有限元分析软件Workbench对双联端面齿轮进行了模态分析,计算出了其前6阶固有频率和主振型,并在此基础上讨论了双联端面齿轮的材料对固有特性的影响。结果表明,双联端面齿轮的模态振型表现为1阶径向振、2阶径向振、扭振。所得结论进行了试验验证,为双联端面齿轮传动系统的动态响应分析及结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Taking a new type of gear drive-the duplex face gear as study object,the solid model of the duplex face gear is established by using the Creo software. The former 6 order of natural frequencies and principal vibration shapes are calculated through the modal analysis by using the finite element analysis software Workbench,the influence of material on natural frequency and principal vibration shapes are discussed. The results indicate that the modal vibration shapes are first order radial direction,second order radial direction,torsional vibration. The results are verified by experiment,the theory basis for the dynamic response analysis and structure design of the duplex face gear transmission system is provided.
