摘要

介绍了一种基于蜗轮蜗杆减速传动的鼓式凸轮式选换挡执行机构,分别对选换挡执行机构中蜗轮蜗杆机构和凸轮机构的效率进行了理论分析,搭建试验台架对某现有车型所用的鼓式凸轮式选换挡执行机构的效率进行测定,验证了理论分析的合理性,为执行机构的设计提供了参考,为执行机构效率的提高提供了优化方向。

Abstract

A drum cam-type gear shift actuator based on worm and gear mechanism is introduced. The mechanical efficiency of both the worm and gear mechanism and the drum cam-type gear shift actuator are analyzed. Finally,a corresponding test rig is built for testing the mechanical efficiency of the drum cam-type gear shift actuator. The results indicate that the analysis has a certain degree of authenticity. The references for the actuator design and the optimized direction to the efficiency of the drum cam-type gear shift actuator are provided.
