摘要

基于考虑应力偶和磁场的雷诺方程,对非牛顿磁流体润滑轴承进行数值分析。研究了不同应力偶参数、磁力系数对液膜压力、承载力以及偏位角的影响,并与牛顿流体数值结果进行比较。结果表明,相比于牛顿流体润滑剂,应力偶效应将显著改善轴承润滑性能,随着应力偶参数的增大,压力和承载力随之增大,且偏心率较大时,压力和承载力随应力偶参数的变化幅度明显;随着磁力系数的增大,压力和承载力相应增大,偏位角减小,且应力偶参数越大,磁力系数对压力、承载力及偏位角的影响越显著,同时液膜破裂初始点右移,空穴区域缩小。

Abstract

Based on the Reynolds equation considering the stress couple and magnetic field,the numerical analysis of the non-Newtonian magnetic fluid lubricated bearing is carried out. The effects of stress couple parameters,magnetic coefficient on the membrane pressure,load carrying capacity and attitude angle are studied,and then compared with the numerical results of Newtonian fluid. The results show that the stress couple will significantly improve the lubrication performance. The pressure and load carrying capacity will increase with the increase of the stress couple parameters,and the eccentricity is large,the change of pressure and load carrying capacity is obvious with stress couple parameters. With the increase of the magnetic coefficient,the pressure and load carrying capacity increase correspondingly and the attitude angle decreases,and the larger the stress couple parameters,the effect on the pressure and load carrying capacity and attitude angle is more significant,while the initial point of liquid film rupture is shifted to the right and the hole area is reduced.
