摘要

基于磁流变液的流变特性和形状记忆合金弹簧的热驱动特性,提出了一种通过温度场控制的形状记忆合金弹簧驱动的磁流变液变厚度进而改变转矩的新型传动方法。介绍了其工作原理,推导了厚度与形状记忆合金材料、动力、几何等参数之间的关系。基于磁路理论,建立了该传动装置的磁路模型,推导了磁势的计算公式。用ANSYS软件进行了二维磁场有限元仿真,得到4种不同厚度下的磁感应强度分布云图,最后分析了不同厚度下传递转矩的能力。结果表明,磁流变液的厚度越小,所能传递的转矩越大,但磁流变液的厚度存在最小值。

Abstract

Based on the rheological property of magnetorheological fluid（ MRF） and thermal drive characteristics of shape memory alloy（ SMA） spring,a new type of transmission device,which is based on the temperature field control of SMA to drive the MRF variable thickness to change the transmission torque is put forward. Its working principle is introduced,and the thickness calculation formula about relationship between thickness and SMA material,power,geometry parameters is derived. Based on the theory of magnetic circuit,the magnetic circuit model of the transmission device is established,the formula of magnetic potential is deduced. Based on the finite element simulation of two-dimensional magnetic field by using ANSYS software,and the distribution cloud of magnetic induction intensity under 4 different thicknesses is obtained,then the ability of torque transmission under different thickness is analyzed. The results show that the smaller the thickness of MRF,the greater torque can be transmitted,but MRF has the minimum thickness.
