摘要

为了更好地研究谐波减速器柔轮疲劳失效情况的发生机理,利用Ansys nCode Design Life15.0软件,在有限元静力学分析结果的基础上对柔轮进行疲劳分析,并将分析结果与工程实际中的疲劳破坏情况进行了对比,得知柔轮齿圈处与筒底凸缘处最易发生疲劳失效,为柔轮设计提供依据。

Abstract

In order to study the mechanism of fatigue failure of harmonic reducer flexspline,by using ANSYS n Code Design Life 15. 0 software,the fatigue analysis of flexspline is carried out based on the results of finite element analysis. Comparing the analysis results with the engineering fatigue damage of flexspline,it is found that tooth circle and the bottom of the flange are much easier for fatigue failure,a basis for the design of flexspline is provided.
