摘要

针对非公路车辆在连续制动工况下出现的热疲劳问题,建立了湿式制动器三维瞬态热机耦合分析模型,考虑了热流密度、热流分配系数、对流换热系数这些热边界对于温升的影响,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟了非公路车辆湿式制动器摩擦盘在连续制动过程中的变化,得到摩擦盘温度场和应力场的分布。研究结果表明,温度在接触界面半径中间偏外缘方向分布不均匀易产生热疲劳,在温度梯度大的地方应力集中现象明显,分析结果与实际情况一致,为湿式制动器的设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract

Aiming at the thermal fatigue problem of off-road vehicles under continuous braking,a three-dimensional transient thermal-mechanical coupling analysis model of wet brake is established,the influence of thermal boundary on the temperature rise are considered,such as heat flux,heat flux distribution coefficient and convective heat transfer coefficient. By using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the changing situation of wet brake disc of off-road vehicles in the continuous braking process is simulated,the distribution of disc temperature field and stress field are obtained. The results show that the temperature distribution in the middle of the contact interface radius is uneven,which is easy to produce thermal fatigue. The stress concentration is obvious in the place where the temperature gradient is large. The analysis result is consistent with the actual situation,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of wet brake.
