摘要

针对大型游乐设施大摆锤的减速器齿轮疲劳破坏情况,研究了在无损情况以及含裂纹情况下,大摆锤减速器非均布行星齿轮的疲劳寿命。建立了正常及含不同裂纹的行星齿轮轮系模型,根据断裂力学理论分析了裂纹应力强度因子和齿轮疲劳寿命的关系,联合利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench和疲劳分析软件nCode DesignLife分析轮齿的应力变化情况和疲劳寿命情况,验证设计是否满足机械设计要求,得到裂纹对减速器疲劳寿命的影响。分析的结果可应用于减速器的结构优化、制造及其运行检测领域。

Abstract

Concerning the fatigue failure of the gear reducer for the large scale recreation facilities-large pendulum,the fatigue life of the non-uniformly distributed planetary gear of the large pendulum under cases of non-destructive and crack is studied. Some digitized models of planetary gear train with different cracks are built. Based on the theory of fracture mechanics,the relationship between the intensity factors of crack stress and the fatigue life of the gear is analyzed. By the combined using of ANSYS Workbench and nCode DesignLife,the stress variation and fatigue life of gear is obtained,and thus to verify whether the design could meet the mechanical design requirements and acquire the influence of the crack gear on the fatigue life of reducer.The results can be applied to structure optimization of reducer gear,manufacture and detection under operation.
