摘要

介绍了一种新型非圆齿轮液压马达的结构和工作原理。绘制出了该非圆行星齿轮系统中各个齿轮的节曲线以及齿廓图形。从非圆齿轮系统的动态性能出发,建立了非圆齿轮系统的扭振力学模型。模型中考虑了行星齿轮系统中各啮合齿轮的时变啮合刚度、啮合相位及齿轮副间隙。用Runge-Kutta方法对该系统的动力学微分方程进行了求解。以6,8,类型的椭圆行星齿轮系统作为算例,得到该齿轮系统的时域响应,分析了间隙对该齿轮系统的动态特性的影响,为非圆齿轮马达的振动分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract

The structure and working principle of a new type of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor are introduced. The pitch curve and tooth profile of each gear within non-circular planetary gear system are programmed. A torsional vibration model is built from the dynamic performance of non-circular planetary gear system. In the model,the time-varying meshing stiffness,meshing phase and backlash of the meshing gear pairs are considered. The dynamics differential equations are solved by using Runge-Kutta method. Taking the 6 ,8 elliptical planetary gear system as example,the time domain response of gear system is obtained and the influence of the backlash on the dynamic characteristic of the system is analyzed,a theoretical basis for vibration analysis of non-circular gear motor is provided.
