摘要

对渐开线花键的最新国家标准（GB/T 3478.1—2008,G,B/T 3478.9—2008）所涉及到渐开线花键的所有几何参数及其公差的计算方法进行了汇总、整理,分别确定了其程序计算流程,并通过VB程序代码的编制实现了程序的成功运算。最后,经过与国家标准给定数值的对照,证明了其运算结果的准确性,进而也证明了该计算程序的实用性。

Abstract

The calculation methods of all the geometric parameters and their tolerance involved in the latest national standard（ GB/T 3478. 1-2008 ,GB/T 3478. 9-2008） of the involute spline are summarized and sorted,the process of program calculation is determined respectively,the successful operation of the program is realized through the programming of VB program code. Finally,the accuracy of the calculation result is proved by the comparison with the national standard given numerical value,which also proves the practicality of the calculation procedure.
