摘要

根据滚子链链轮的设计准则,通过SINOVATION7.0对滚子链链轮进行参数化设计,编写链轮设计器,用户依据滚子链链轮的型号、排数、齿数等基本参数,输入参数值,便可直接创建标准的滚子链链轮三维模型,同时可以对链轮进行受力分析与强度校核,滚子链链轮三维模型可生成HTML的输出报告并导出其CAD图形,提高设计效率的同时节约设计成本。

Abstract

According to the design criterion of roller chain sprocket,the parametric design of roller chain sprocket is completed based on SINOVATION7. 0. The users can set the parameter values according to the roller chain sprocket type,row number,tooth number and other basic parameters,then the chain wheel designer can be compiled to create the 3D model and calculate the strength and of the sprocket. It not only can output report for HTML,but also can export as CAD graphics and be assembled. With the help of the parametric design of roller chain sprocket,the design efficiency is improved and the cost is saved.
