摘要

以捷特科公司制造的Jatco CK2变速器为研究对象,通过CVT功率损耗研究,分析了参考变速器中贡献比例最大的损耗及其是如何依赖驱动和控制性能的,这些损耗贡献包括液压泵的驱动功率、夹紧力过载和变速器滑移等;基于该分析,提出了改进驱动和控制的措施;当采用伺服电机驱动系统和变速器滑移控制代替液压泵时,能够预测提高的效率;在25%的额定负载下,CVT损耗减半,而在满载时,可预测减少25%。

Abstract

Taking the Jatco CK2 transmission which is manufactured by Jatco company as the research object,through the research of CVT power loss,the transmission loss with reference to the largest proportion and how they are dependent on the drive and control performance are analyzed,and these contributions are loss of hydraulic pump drive power,clamping force and overload transmission slip. Based on the analysis,the measure of improvement drive and control is puts forward. When the servo motor driving system and transmission slip control is instead of hydraulic pump,the increased efficiency can be predicted,in 25% of the rated load,the CVT loss in half,and in full,it can be predicted the efficiency reduced by 25%.
