摘要

以直齿圆柱齿轮为例,基于LS-DYNA软件的热-固耦合方法,建立了齿轮啮合摩擦发热瞬态有限元模型;通过与理论结果的对比,验证了建模方法的正确性;进而分析了考虑热导率情况下的齿轮啮合摩擦发热,对比了该结果与理论计算结果的不同。该研究可以为齿轮温度场分析中热源的计算提供参考。

Abstract

Taking the spur gears as example,the transient finite element model of friction heating of gear meshing is established based on the thermal-solid coupling method under the framework of LS-DYNA. By comparing with the theoretical results,the validity of the model is verified,and the friction heating of gear meshing is calculated by concerning the thermal conductivity,and the results shown differences with the theoretical calculation. The research could be used to the heat source calculating in the analysis of gear temperature field.
