摘要

汽车变速箱作为汽车的重要组成部分,其振动特性对整车的性能有重要影响。对汽车变速箱进行振动特性分析研究,可以获知变速箱箱体不同位置在不同方向的瞬态激励下的响应情况,通过分析初步判定了变速箱动态响应,得到了某型号汽车变速箱的最佳激励方向、固有频率和频带区域。通过试验分析的方式获得了这些参数,了解了该型号汽车变速箱的内在特性,为下一步对汽车变速箱进行分析与结构优化奠定了基础。

Abstract

As an important part of automobile,the vibration characteristics of automobile transmission have important influence on the performance of the automobile. By studying and analyzing the vibration characteristics of an automobile transmission,the response of different position in different directions of the automobile transmission shell can be obtained. Through the analysis,the dynamic response of the automobile transmission is initial determined,the optimal excitation direction,natural frequency and frequency band of the automobile transmission are obtained. Through the experimental analysis,these parameters are obtained,the inherent characteristics of the automobile transmission is known,the foundation for the next step to analyze and optimize the structural optimization of the automobile transmission is provided.
