摘要

液压-机械无级传动兼容了机械传动的高效性和液压传动无级变速的特点,其结构取决于行星排的布置位置,将两行星排布置于变速器输入端和输出端就联接成了混合式液压-机械复合传动形式。详尽列出了混合式的36种传动方案,并给出了调速特性、液压功率分流比特性以及效率特性的计算公式,从中选取一种方案,进行了上述特性参数的优化,并应用MATLAB软件进行了仿真研究。研究表明,所选的混合式液压-机械无级传动方案具有较宽的调速范围和很高的传动效率,能够很好地满足多种领域作业车辆的工况需求。

Abstract

The hydro- mechanical continually transmission is compatible with the high efficiency of mechanical transmission and continual speed of hydraulic transmission,its structure depends on the position row layout of planets,and the structure of compound coupled HMCVT is to arrange the two planets in the input and output of the transmission. All 36 kinds of compound coupled HMCVT structure are listed,and one of the structure is selected,what is analyzed by MATLAB form transmission,hydraulic power distributing ratio and efficiency. The result suggests that the selected compound coupled HMCVT has a wide speed range and high transmission efficiency,and it can well meet the demand of all kinds of field operation of the vehicles.
