摘要

提供了一种不需要借助量棒来测量渐开线花键棒间距的方法。先用PC-DMIS软件将实际渐开线花键的齿廓通过数模采点的方式测量出来,将齿廓坐标导入Solid Works软件,借助软件的相切功能来拟合和测量棒间距,并进行实例比对。该方法具有测量不确定度小、易于实现参数化自动测量等优点。

Abstract

A method for measuring the involute spline over pin distance without over pin is provided.By using the PC-DMIS software,the actual tooth profile of involute spline is measured by digital model.The tooth profile coordinate is imported into Solid Works software,the fitting and measuring of over pin distance is carried out by the tangency function of the Solid Works software,and the result is compared to the instance.This method has the advantage of small uncertainty of measurement,easy to realize parameterized automatic measurement,etc.
