摘要

将检测传动误差的方法应用到齿轮故障诊断中,通过测量齿轮箱轴端角编码器输出的两路脉冲的脉宽时间,获得齿轮系统的传动误差信号;然后采用经验模态分解方法（EMD）将传动误差信号分解为有限个本征模态分量（IMF）,从中筛选出包含故障信息的有用IMF分量,合并成新的信号;最后对该信号进行阶次谱图和倒阶次谱图分析,获得齿轮的故障特征,实现故障诊断。在自主设计的一款两通道数据采集卡的基础上,搭建了基于传动误差检测法的齿轮故障分析测试系统,试验结果表明,设计的齿轮故障测试系统能够有效诊断出齿轮的故障。

Abstract

The method of transmission error detection is applied to gear fault diagnosis,the transmission error signal of the gear system is obtained by measuring pulse width time of the gearbox shaft angular encoder output two square wave pulse.Secondly,the transmission error signal is decomposed into a finite number of intrinsic mode components（IMF） by the method of empirical mode decomposition,and then the IMF component containing the most dominant fault information are filtrated to merged into a new signal.Finally,the order analysis and spectrum analysis on the new signal is carried out,the fault characteristics are obtained and gear fault diagnosis is realized.The designed two channel data acquisition card is applied to build up the gear fault analysis test system based on the method of transmission error detection.The experiment results show that the gear fault analysis test system can be effectively diagnose the gear fault.
