摘要

研究了直齿圆柱齿轮传动啮合效率的计算方法,从消耗功率方面推出直齿圆柱齿轮外啮合传动效率计算函数,引入了变化的平均摩擦因数代替假设恒定的摩擦因数,得到更加精确的渐开线外齿轮啮合效率的计算式。结合Matlab软件进行仿真分析,得到了齿轮啮合效率与齿轮基本参数的相关关系,对提高齿轮传动效率提供相关方法有一定的作用。

Abstract

The meshing efficiency calculation method of spur gear is studied,from the power consumption launched,the meshing efficiency calculation function of straight tooth cylindrical gear is deduced,the variation average friction coefficient instead of assuming constant friction factor is introduced,the more accurate meshing efficiency calculation formula of involute gear is obtained.Combined with the Matlab software simulation analysis,the relationship between the gear meshing efficiency and the gear basic parameters is obtained,which can provide some methods to improve the efficiency of gear transmission.
