摘要

建立包含受约束销轴和自由销轴的输送链模型,通过分析静态下输送链各个销轴的位置,计算一个周期内链条绕上链轮时销轴的运动速度和位移,建立了每个销轴在运动状态下的数学模型,提出由于链传动的多边形效应,自由销轴的运动轨迹应包含上下两部分。针对链传动数学模型中非线性方程组难以求解的问题,提出使用微积分基本原理的近似解法,应用MATLAB描点法做出了上下两边自由销轴的运动轨迹。为轨迹约束型输送链的分析和约束轨道的设计提供了一种计算方法。

Abstract

The conveyor chain model which include constrained and free pin is established.Through analyzing each position of pin in static and the movement velocity and displacement of pin in one period are calculated according to its coordinate.The mathematical model of each pin in the state of motion is established and the motion trajectory of free pin should include two parts because of the polygonal action of the chain is proposed.Aiming at the problem of the nonlinear equations in the mathematical model of chain is hard to calculate,a kind of solution method based on fundamental theorem of calculus is presented.Finally,motion trajectory of top and bottom edge free pin is obtained by using the MATLAB point depiction method.A computation method is provided for the analysis of trajectory constrained conveyor chain and the design of constrained trajectory.
