摘要

由于轮胎式联轴器径向尺寸大,产生的附加轴向载荷使其负载加大,从而降低联轴器的使用寿命,针对这个问题,利用TRIZ理论对其分析,将轮胎式联轴器的轮胎环与梯形同步传动带嵌套组成新结构,使问题得到解决。通过ANSYS有限元分析,验证其嵌套结构的可用性,扩大了轮胎式联轴器的应用范围。

Abstract

Due to the larger radial dimension of the tire coupling,the additional axial force making the bearing load is increased and life is reduced,in order to solve this problem,using TRIZ to analyze the radial dimension problem of the tire coupling and find the solutions. The problem of tire coupling is solved by the tire ring and trapezoidal timing belt nested to form a new structure. Through the ANSYS finite element analysis,the rationality of its structure is verified,which is hoped to expand its application.
