摘要

两级斜齿轮减速机在各减速场合中应用广泛,其传动系统的模态直接影响整个系统的动态特性。根据模态分析理论,结合两级斜齿轮减速系统的结构特点及其具体工况,运用SolidWorks软件对齿轮传动系统进行几何建模,再由无缝连接通道导入ANSYS Workbench软件,以一种新的加载方式进行了带有实际载荷及转速的有限元模态分析,得出了齿轮传动系统的低阶固有频率及其主振型,并对齿轮相对扭转振动进行了重点分析。与无预应力状态下的模态进行对比分析,结果表明,预应力对齿轮传动系统的模态有较大影响,其影响大小与齿轮结构刚度有很大关系。

Abstract

The two stage helical gear reducer is widely used in different reduction occasions,of which the mode will directly affect the dynamic characteristics of the whole system. Based on the modal analysis theory,taking both the characteristic of the two stage helical gear deceleration system and the specific conditions into consideration,the geometry model of the gear transmission system is established by using the Solid Works,and it is imported into ANSYS Workbench by the seamless connection channel. After that,the finite element modal analysis with actual load and rotational speed is accomplished in a new loading approach,the low order natural frequency and the main vibration type of the gear transmission system is obtained,and the relative torsional vibration of gears is particularly analyzed. Comparing with non prestressed state modal analysis,the results suggest that the prestress of the gear transmission system has a great impact on the modal,the level of which is highly relative to the structural stiffness of gear.
