摘要

以JS75矿用减速器的末级齿轮副为研究对象,利用MASTA齿轮微观修形模块,对修形前后所得的接触斑点、传动误差及谐波振幅进行比较分析,确定了合理的修形方式及修形量。利用M+P测试系统对减速器空载和加载两种工况进行了振动噪声试验与频谱分析,证明末级重载齿轮的精确修形有效控制了齿轮传动系统的振动和噪声,高速级弧齿锥齿轮对减速器的动态性能影响最大。

Abstract

Taking the last gears of the mine reducer named JS75 as the research object,by using the gear microscopic modification module of MASTA,the comparison and analysis of the contact spots,transmission error and harmonic amplitude before and after modifying are carried out. The determination of optimum modification method and amount is completed. The test of vibration and noise and spectrum analysis are carried out on the reducer under no- load and load by using M + P testing system. It is proved that the modification of the heavy load gears in last stage is very effective to control the vibration and noise of the transmission system,and the high speed spiral bevel gears has a very important influence on the dynamic performance of the reducer.
