摘要

提出一种基于ANSYS Workbench的柴油发动机断齿故障有限元分析方法。通过Pro/E参数化建模构建了柴油发动机渐开线斜齿轮啮合传动模型,将其导入到ANSYS Workbench中完成瞬态动力学分析,得到了正常工况、断半齿和断单齿三种运行状态下的有限元分析结果。同柴油发动机齿轮断齿故障的试验振动数据进行了对比分析,结果表明,渐开线斜齿轮运转过程中接触应力呈现周期性变化特性,接触应力波动显著,存在明显的冲击现象,并且随着齿轮断齿程度的加剧,齿轮冲击力明显增大;幅值最大处对应的频率即为点火频率,故障振动时转频幅值显著大于正常齿轮啮合的转频幅值。

Abstract

A finite element analysis of gear broken tooth fault of diesel engine based on the ANSYS Workbench is presented. The model of a pair of involute helical gear which is built by Pro / E parametric modeling is imported into ANSYS Workbench transient dynamics analysis module and the finite element analysis results under three conditions including normal gear,half- tooth broken gear and full- tooth broken gear are obtained.Then the results are compared with the experimental vibration data of gear broken tooth fault of diesel engine and comparison result shows that,during the operation of involute helical gear of diesel engine,the contact stress changes periodically and fluctuates obviously,clearly impact phenomenon exists and with the increasing of the degree of gear tooth damage,the impact force of the gear increase distinctly. The frequency of the maximum amplitude is the ignition frequency,the amplitude of rotating frequency corresponding to fault vibration is significantly greater than the normal rotating gear.
